We really appreciate the reader's comments on the GAD7 scoring and categorization in our published paper.[1] However, many references support our classification in the use of Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-Item Scale, (scoring 0–5: mild, 6–10: moderate, 11–15moderately severe, and 15–21: severe),[2],[3],[4],[5],[6] therefore, both classifications are valid.
